Daddy Jaes Live from the Cranium Stadium EP

Daddy Jaes from the south side of Londinium hits us with an EP of his beats laced with lyrics from his buddybeans.

The beats are realy chrisp with lots of change ups and variations, and are sure to get that head noddin. Jeas is obviously a man who's done the knowledge.

The previous Cafe Recordings EP was an overlooked little gem, but "live from the cranium stadium" should catch ears this time.
Not least for the almighty "Suit made of food" courtesy of ukhh's own master of art Hercules. It's basically the story of how he had this fresh costuem made of the finest food products and how he came to loose it. All rapped up in a KMD/Prince Paul type craziness and that finesse London twang that you know you love.

Herc's flow is pretty unusual for a UK emcee being neither the hardcore flow of Hijack/Katch22 descent or the modern chilled bredrin style. It's unusual that we get a realy high calibre comedy tune in this country and the EP is worth the entry price for this alone.

"How does your eye connect with me? focus on my tie, ya right, it's beef jerky!"

"Frequencies" by Genie is a realy chill tune. Jaes uses a fine little tune that perfectly suits Genie who has a great voice. All UK and proud on this record kiddies, and the lyrics are top notch.

The two tracks rhymed on by "Thee Absent" are both realy nice with theirs. The scratching is on point for the choruses and the whole package totals up to being well worth your cold cash money.

Buy now to avoid dissapointment you short-haired hippies.
You won't regret it, or my names not Beezer the Skeezer Pleezer!
