This is the debut release from this London / Manchester based label.
These guys seem to be making moves as crew member Mr Danny Grapes has collaborated with the likes of Paul Barman etc.
The influences here are writ large (especially that of John Cooper Clarke, and even more so on 'Down The Dogs') and there is a homage to Fat Joe’s 1993 hit 'Shit is Real'. This 5 track release is a rarity as it's without a single duff track in my opinion.
The humour is a little strong, so soft Southern nancies beware. A new addition to the rich canon of UK comedic hip hop.
