 Addict Clothing Anniversary Concorde 2

Most of you have probably heard of Addict Clothing. They’ve been around for 25 yrs and to celebrate this, they threw a UK hip hop night in Brighton at Concorde 2, supported by promoters Slamdub.com and Redhotmagazine.com. With a line up including the likes of Foreign Beggars, Underground Alliance, Taskforce and Rodney P it promised to be a lively night.

Unfortunately on arrival we found out Taskforce had double booked, but they had confirmed Jehst as a replacement. Ye! As it turned out Jehst didn’t show, but the other acts made up for it.

First up was Doobie and Undali from the north London crew Underground Alliance. They were later joined by Schlomo, a human beatbox, and proved to be a bit of a crowd pleaser. They were followed by Foreign Beggars and lastly the Godfather Rodney P accompanied by MC D and DJ Skitz!

Despite the initial set backs, these guys put on a heavy set and left the crowd more than satisfied.
