There's no doubt that Mr 45 has one of the best flows around in the UK, and this story-telling A-side demonstrates it nicely. The story is not the most original, and certainly not one based on things happening anywhere in the UK! The B-side is the "underground smash", 'Funky' featuring Mr Furious. I know this one, but I dunno where from. Maybe the beat's been used elsewhere. It's a real head-nodder anyway. This 12 is well worth picking up, the production is tight throughout and as I said, 45's delivery is dead good. If anyone has spare copies of his earlier 12"s, just send 'em my way ...
