Eastborn featuring Psylent V Boxfresh (demo)

"Boxfresh is heavy, Boxfresh is phat!"

Never a truer word has been spoken.
This track is a belter. Trust me people when i say this (and it's not because Eastborn aka Riz is a fellow Scot or a mate) when i say this, because i trully believe this is one of the best vocal Hip Hop tracks to come out of Scotland (if not, Britain) i'm really feeling this tune, a lot!

Anyway, brown nose over.....
Boxfresh is produced by a young lad (16 to be exact) called Stereo Type, and i must say - this kid is definitely a name to look out for. I've heard roughly about 6 or 7 of his tracks and they are all of high standard.

Psylent V....what can i say about this young lad?
Beatbox, Heavy, Beatbox, Amazing, Beatbox, Out fecking standing!! I've been to a good few of his shows and he never ceases to amaze me, what a talent.
Psylent V provides the whole beat for the tune, the cuts, the lot.

Eastborn is the emcee on the track, and he rips it up with no hesitation, attacking the mic like a mad man, screaming in his rough, distinctive own style, through 3 verses.
I think this track has brought the best out in Eastborn, i really think he's progressed as an emcee over the last year (and i thought he was good before).

Bigging up Psylent V and Stereo Type (as well as his own Scottish Crew - Woodchopa Dojo and Casual 7) on every given opportunity, i get the feeling he's really trying to get their name's out there (and rightly so) because, folks....this is just the start of the new era of Scottish Hip Hop, trust me!
