Sober & Dribbla The Broken Plan EP

Sober & Dribbla are back with a unique slice of the darkly raw & uncompromising sound.

The Broken Plan is their second EP in 4years, and this six tracker is full of the electronic and abstract sound that Sober creates to compliment the graphical and lashing wordplay of Dribbla. This is a light year away from the golden era of jazz samples and boom bap.

"Hooks" the second track on the EP very much embodies the paranoid apocolyptic sound these two eppitomise; battling the city, the scene and their own demons and is followed by Fire; the more energetic and upbeat of the EP, full of hardcore twisted lyricism from Dribbs.

This EP is the build up to the aptly titled "Freaks Speak Dark" album, currently waiting on authorisation to be released from the depths of their lair. With this, and the forthcoming album, the Bristol based duo will leave a hardcore and off the wall mark on the scene. Definately one to appeal to those looking for something different and gritty.

..a unique slice of the darkly raw & uncompromising sound.
