All Time High Inhalation LP Inhalation, Inspiration, Mental Stimulation.....three words that spring to mind when i listen to this 13 track album. What can i say?......This is Fresh!!!! The first track 'You can ask Giz' blew me away!....kinda Wu Tang style production (I'd love to hear Masta Killa and GZA rip it up on this one) it has your ears glued to the to the production talents of All Time High's producer/emcee Nunny Boy, thinking "Why arent these lads well know?".....They should be!!!! The only thing that lets the album down is the fact that the emcees (Nunny Boy, Giz and Jed) voices are too low and if you are not from Scotland you might have trouble understanding the lingo (Mind you that goes for any Scottish emcees i suppose)...This does not damage the fact that 'Inhalation' is Fresh. You can grasp an ols skool feel from this album (which is not surprising considering it took them 7 years to put together). Actually some of it reminded me of De La Soul's older stuff (lyrically).......it had that fresh, having fun with it kinda feel! 'Highlandaz' and 'Finally See' where two of the best tracks for me......both featured Damaso (who unfortunately passed away a while ago)....Inhalation is of course dedicated to Damaso. Overall Inhalation is very Fresh and has a happy go lucky feel to it with tracks like 'Vinyl Acrobatic' that have you nodding your head frantically in satisfaction.
