Mr 563 steps here with his second mixtape - this tapes running back off the success of his first tape which was released less than 12 months ago. This mix follows the same format as many - but has enough touches alongside good track selection to make it stand out n' worthy of some headphone time. As the title suggests - tracks are briefly segwayed with snippets of yoga teaching n' exercise routines - not only do you get the butter hiphop but an all body stretch workout n' all. The mixing is crisp - the track to track tempo n' atmosphere are matched up well - nothing too dramatic but with enough diversity to keep things interesting.
