Fort Minor Believe Me 12" An odd little release this, as it was thrust on me with no background info whatsoever. As far as I can tell, Fort Minor are the next Jay-Z project, as he executively produces ‘Believe Me’. This makes the whole thing even stranger then, in that Fort Minor sound like a studenty, almost Limp Biscuit-esq rap group in their rhyming style. With that said, ‘Believe Me’ is a bouncy, cheesy, but ultimately very catchy track, with the chorus being more infectious than avian flu. This results in a track which will probably go down well for a month or two as it does the rounds, but I can’t see this staying on a deejays playlists for too long!
