Baseheadz Hiphop 12" The latest offering from Ties production project, the Baseheadz, is an absolute stormer in the form of the plainly named “Hiphop”. Teaming up with the highly rated Kev Brown, the production will have you floating away on its jazzy trumpet sample and mellow bass. The emceeing is nice and mellow too, blending perfectly over the top of the soundscape like Clingfilm. You also get 3 other mixes on this single, but to be frank like Butcher, none of them come close to the original. One of those tracks to throw on after a shitty day at work, or even as something more acceptable to play when the lady’s around.
