I love getting tunes sent to from abroad, I love getting tunes from Canada and when these tunes have UK Emcees all over them, well, what more can you want? This is not an LP I have been told, it’s more of a mix tape, well Mix CD to be precise. The beats are dark and dirty and in places a bit dusty as it isn’t the best recording, but that some how adds to its overall feel. This is superb, how superb? Well the postman stole the first one and my so-called mates have made off with the second copy I had sent to me! So who’s the Delegates Of Culture? They are Canadian mad men who have put together one of the best releases I have heard in a long time and have tirelessly worked to promote their product and make sure its one pushing, with freestyles from Jnr Disprol, Task Force, Roots Manuva and many more all that’s left to be said is Ill Seer please send me another and this time I will lock it in a safe so one gets a hold of this one.
