This is a must purchase for any fans of the Breakestra. The ultimate in feelgood pick-me-up music - this EP will bring a huge grin to even the most screwface citizen. I havent met a soul who has heard the deep funk grooves of this EP n' not just perked up 1000 percent. Stonesthrow have done us all a favour by gettin it out in the depths of a shitty spring - I need some summer vibes n' this ones bringing the noise. The title track comes in two parts; with the first part being a crisp drum break n' trumpet solo fiesta, the second part comes slightly harder with a more fierce break frenzy n' the added bonus of guitar licks, horn badness n' some brief organ skills. The third track is backed with a fun female vocal n' carries off the same vibes in pushing heads to bop n' limbs into getting twitchy. I dont need to get into the concept behind the crew - its just all about goodtimes n' gettin the boogie goin off. This LP comes with a couple of live tracks which act as a perfect sales snippet for why if their in your town its gotta be the hottest jam that night. Pure class. This EP is class. I hope they take the time real soon- cos I need to be blessed with a third longplayer to their live mixtape series. Heavy funk truly made for air drummin n' big smiles. Ruff.
