This is a one track affair - 'Where Your Mind Is?' steps with a VERY Bristolian vibe. You know the formula - a subtle organic beat which doesnt pack a full punch but does enough to keep the ears warm across which a clearly spoken emcee laces some non subject specific lyrics. You cant really fault this track - it does all it wants - its not at all progressive but merely does a good solid job. Everything is in time - the emcee rides the beat well - the production is pleasing to the brain. It just doesnt go anywhere or create any depth of emotional response - for me its coffee table hiphop.
