Homegrown hip hop finesse on seven-inch wax courtesy of Notts oriented Son Records. Opening track ‘Once & For All’ smacks it from the off with Norwich’s DPF handling his punch laden verses with helium driven panache whilst the beat gurgles along with slinky b-lines and a shuffling break. The flipside is hauntingly beautiful with Scorzayzee loosely ripping a shining reflective narrative inside a crunchy drummed soul backdrop. Overall, two sublime hip hop tracks featuring excellent vocalists being complimented by powerhouse production. Pure presence and personality – play it again.
