Benjamin Red Sun 7" Invisible Spies are a collection of ex-Leicestershire heads now based in Sheffield apparantly. Their main output so far has been Toah Dynamic material, which seems to be a random supergroup encompassing everything under the sun. This 7" by Benjamin is more on a straight up hiphop thing, but we're talking slooooow. Remember the first time you heard Vadim's debut tracks, how they blew you away? These don't quite reach those dizzying heights but are nice none-the-less, simple repetitive drum loops and assorted noises, very lo-fi scratchy feel to it, probably impossible to mix into your set and make people dance to, but ideal for those late night stoner moments....a nice slice of instrumentalslomotriphip.
