Cappo Learn to be Strong 12" Oh my days, this release is THE club banger of the moment! I’ve always been a fan of Cappo and the P Brothers, and this for me is the strongest release I’ve heard from either party. From the moment the high pitch vocal sample of “You’ve got to learn to be strong” drops you know you’re in for a treat. A nice build up has you praying for a big bass heavy break to drop in… thankfully it does! Put a smile on my face when it first dropped, definitely just what the doctor ordered. The track breaks down into this sample for the chorus, only to launch back into the huge break just when you start to miss it. Cappo flows over this epic beat in the usual smooth way, with some quality lines appearing. It has to be said, that for me the Notts accent goes with hiphop the best of our regional accents and Cappo uses this advantage in his favour. Value for money may be an issue as you only get one track, but when owning a track becomes a necessity it doesn’t much matter.
