Focussed features UK soul aficionado Shaun Escoffery, singing smoothly over a delectable Evil Ed beat – once again proving to be one of the best on the boards. The real hidden gem on this 12” is the emotionally charged tale of family life on Want Me Back. The Cons produced beat is simply incredible, as sliced soul vocals layer a very obvious, but very well placed drum beat. Smurf from the Colony also features on guest emcee duties, tearing up the track with vehemence.
