After forging a name with his electronic productions Mystic Man returns to his rap roots with this piano driven track, ‘Cheshire Cat’, featuring the vocals of Eshmanjaro. Thoughtful raps and melancholic vibes are today’s specials, and while Eshmanjaro may sound suspiciously like Jehst he still sounds better than most of his many imitators.
The Gella remix brings new elements of synths, scratches and guitar licks to the song, with a more dance floor-friendly sound that’s to be expected of a Fat! Records release.
