Cee Why Water Torture 12" Bloody hell, that sample infects you from the first time you hear it, really goes straight to the core! Cee Why is a new name for me, but his production certainly makes you remember his name. Not only is the production for ‘Water Torture’ top quality but you’ve got Tommy Evans and Jehst rhyming over it, which should make everyone interested in this release. Top quality from all involved! The B-side isn’t as great, a little less impacting production means it doesn’t hit you as much. Still its strong, and Universal Soldiers do a fine job of emceeing over the tune. Its for sure not as great as the A-side, but not a let down.
